• Proven experience managing busy, fast-paced restaurants

• Strong leadership skills — exudes confidence, motivates others, and keeps a calm presence under pressure

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver exceptional guest experiences

• ServSafe Manager’s Card required

• High energy, self-motivated, and willing to prove themselves in a competitive environment

• Experience in opening a restaurant from scratch is preferred
