Under the direction of the Director of Business Development, the Project Manager will be responsible for defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that support and expedite all sales, engineering, and operation focused (current and existing business) projects through the building in effort to drive both top and bottom-line growth.  You’d be a company leader, partnering directly with our leadership and support teams with the career path to develop a multi-person PM team.

  • Delegation and ability to hold team members accountable.
  • Oversight and reporting of all Commercial projects, as well as the internal connector of departments to support in driving results and moving projects through the business expeditiously and effectively.
  • Domestic travel required; no more than 10% of time.
  • Learn and maintain understanding of materials, sizes, and product segments throughout LMI Packaging product offerings to become an expert who is able to provide advice and guidance to the sales team members in effort to land new business and complete projects.
  • Supports in setting direction, goals and/or targets for strategic projects to support the organization’s sales and marketing objectives.


  • Must have high school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.).
  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college preferred.
  • Continued education and seminars related to the field.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and Plato preferred.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
