OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:

The Program Manager is a member of the Agency management team and in collaboration with the Directors is covering for current openings in various areas of the agency depending on the strengths and abilities of the successful candidate.  Awareness and experience in a variety of service models funded by the Community Living disability Service program including Supported Independent Living and various Residential Service Models as well as Case Management Approaches. The Program Manager provides leadership and direction to the teams they are involved with.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:    Reports to:  Directors

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Social Work, Arts, Human Ecology or equivalent experience in a Clinical/Programming setting
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as a clinician, supervisor or Manager;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Life’s Journey Management team;
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.


The successful candidate will be subject to a Criminal Record Search and a Child Abuse Registry Check.

Applications must possess a current certification in First Aid. A current Driver’s Abstract is required.
