 Pool Attendant - Grande Shores Resort

Shifts: 9am - 5pm     Rate:  $14-16 per hour Based on Experience

Full Time Seasonal Position

Job Summary:

The attendant will ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests while assisting with poolside support. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and comfortable working both outdoors and in guest-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Pool Attendant Duties (assigned shifts/days):

• Ensure safety and comfort of all pool guests
• Enforce pool rules and prevent unsafe behavior
• Verify guest access with pool passes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area
• Assist with pool upkeep (including vacuuming)
• Sanitize equipment, collect towels, and assist guests with questions

General Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, responsive guest service at all times
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with guests and team members

Requirements:

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, attentive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Previous experience is a plus, but not required
