FT Cook 12 hour shifts (Every Sun, Mon, Tues and every 4th Wed) Trinity Center

Cook - FT - Trinity Center (12 hour shifts)

Shifts are 12 hours on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 5:30am - 7pm 

12 hour shift 1 Wednesday a month from 5:30 am - 7pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shifts are 12 hours Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 5:30am - 7pm every week and a 12 hour shift one Wednesday a month from 5:30am - 7pm.

Prepare food items for the current meal. 

Place hot food items on cart to go upstairs to steam table. 

Place items on steam table and take and record temps. 

Serve lunch to Small Dining Room, Room Trays then Large Dining Room. 

After lunch, remove pans from Steam Table, wash steam table and bring pans down to be washed. 

Start prep for next meal.

Check menu for next day to see what needs to be pulled from freezer.

Take food temps and record.

Do daily cleaning by following posted cleaning schedule.

Sweep and mop work area before going home, lock all doors and place keys in locker.

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have ServSafe certificate or be able to acquire within allotted time frame

Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment physical, TB test and Drug Screen

Experience working in a long-term care or other healthcare facility setting is preferred

Must be able to fluently read, write, speak and understand the English language
