Embroidery Machine Operators

An exciting way to earn extra cash on nights and weekends. 

Responsibilities

• Produces orders according to the specifications (job ticket) provided
• Loads the machine with a correct program
• Reviews each order for completeness and makes sure correct thread and the backing is being used
• Produces sample for supervisor/coordinator approval
• Maintains quality control throughout the production run
• Works ahead on setting up next order/s
• Conducts routine preventative maintenance on the machines (oiling, greasing, etc.,)
• Maintains a neat and efficient working area
• Works well with other members of the staff
• Provides innovative solutions to improve efficiencies and has the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Strong ability to multi-task and be highly organized
• Requires superior hand/eye coordination and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must deliver high levels of quality and accuracy while meeting deadlines on a consistent basis
• Possess good critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Must have reliable transportation; be prompt and reliable in attendance; willing to work overtime
