10th & Piedmont/Gilbert’s is seeking an experienced Sous Chef. 
If you are confident with your past experiences through hard work and ready to make your own impact with your own ideas, apply to this job.  Fast paced breakfast/brunch expreince with strong line execution is a big plus.  This is hands on position leading the small kitchen team.

You will earn considerably more than the market rates and will contribute on the direction/success of the restaurant. Very good for your bank, self-confidence and probably the best next move for you if you like to open your own restaurant.  We will teach you the inner workings, the business of Restaurant/Bar business.  We will make you think bigger and show you the path to equity partnership and how you can secure your retirement.

We serve high volume during Saturday and Sunday brunch. Our lunch and dinner menus are seafood heavy with some award winning originals.
