To ensure quality guest service to all
guests at catered hotel and convention center functions.
up banquet meal functions as described by the banquet function sheet.
Provide prompt, professional and courteous service during banquet meal
functions. Performs tableside buffet food service as required.
Maintains a clean and orderly workstation.
Cleans tables of all glasses, silver, china, etc. during and after banquet
functions. Completes all assigned side work throughout scheduled
shift. Greets and continually monitors to ensure quality guest
satisfaction. Informs supervisor of
guest comments/complaints. Assists in
the set-up and break-down of functions when business demands are high.
school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Good customer service skills;
ability to communicate effectively with others; understand and complies with
all Company and departmental rules and regulations.
