Position Summary

As a Patient Financial Care Supervisor, you will oversee the patient accounts receivable operations of Haas Dental, ensuring profitability, compliance, and efficient resource use. This role blends accounting, billing, and business strategy. You will collaborate closely with patients, providers, and insurance companies to ensure patients understand their financial responsibilities and have access to available resources. You will also provide upper management with end-of-month reports relating to provider production and collections as well as outstanding claims and aging balance reports.

Key Responsibilities

•           Reporting: Provide upper management with end-of-month reports relating to provider production and collections as well as outstanding claims and aging balance reports.
• Billing & Collections: Oversee insurance billing, patient billing, and collections to maximize revenue
• Account Management: Reconcile accounts receivables. Collaboration with our Financial Operations Manager 
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to dental billing regulations

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
• Experience in healthcare financial counseling, dental billing, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance plans, Medicaid, and financial assistance programs.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive financial information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and financial tools
• Ability to manage accounts from multiple practice locations
