We are looking for a dedicated hospitality professional--enthusiastic, creative, qualified candidates to join our culinary team. Essence Restaurant Group (Bistro Bella Vita, The Green Well, and soon re-opening Grove) creates extraordinary dining experiences with our family of concept restaurants known for exceptional service, knowledgeable associates, creative cuisine and superior beverage.  The ideal candidate would have experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment looking to grow their skills in a culinary and leadership sense.

The successful applicant will have previous experience:

  • Working in a busy kitchen
  • Menu embellishment
  • Ordering and inventory
  • Workable knowledge of food cost
  • Rostering staff
