The wedding sales & event manager is responsible for generating profitable revenues while upholding brand standards and identity. This position manages sales and coordination for weddings, wedding-related, and other group events for Averill Hospitality's Whitefish properties. The position manages clients from the initial inquiry through contracting, planning, and fulfillment, sells accommodations, food & beverage, resort services, and group recreation, acts as the day-of wedding coordinator, and oversees events' execution.
The Wedding Sales & Event Manager role functions within the corporate Sales & Marketing team and has a high degree of interaction with leadership and staff within the Averill Hospitality team.
