OP Bets is a Canadian owned and operated gaming company, and a prospective operator in the Ontario Sports Betting and iGaming market. We are an ambitious, creative, and collaborative group that leverages cutting-edge technology and innovations, looking to make a big splash, and establish a deep presence, in the Canadian iGaming market.  

To help with this launch, we are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Manager who will be reporting to the COO.

Day in the Life:

  • Build, hire, and manage the customer service team 
  • Improve customer service experience, create customer engagement and facilitate organic growth 
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution 
  • Develop customer service procedures, policies and standards 
  • Maintain accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions 
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports 
  • Fully understand and comply with Ontario legal iGaming requirements 
  • Ensure customer service staff are trained in, and compliant with, iGaming requirements 
  • Work with the product team to share feedback and feature requests 
  • Mentor and manage 24/7 customer service agents across different timezones   


  • 3+ years of experience as a customer service manager 
  • Knowledgeable in the online gambling and sports betting industry 
  • Experience in providing customer service support 
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills 
  • Proficiency in English, excellent written and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience in working with Zendesk and setting up processes 
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills 
  • Knowledge of Fantasy Sports
