Responsible for all inbound calls
regarding mortgage questions such as taxes, hazard insurance, escrow analyses,
mortgage payments, principal reductions, account balances, verifications of
mortgage, year-end information, contact information maintenance, etc.
Essential Duties and
1. Answers all incoming mortgage telephone calls
and assists customers with loan account questions.
2. Sends and collects any change of address or
contact information forms.
3. Makes any necessary credit bureau
4. Prepares and sends adverse action notices.
5. Assigns and prepares file for processing by
reviewing application and supporting documents.
6. Prepares change in terms requests, as needed.
7. Sends out weekly rate sheet.
8. Assists with mortgage renewals.

Mortgage loan experience preferred.
