The Case Manager is responsible for facilitating
job training workshops, providing assignments, and assisting participants in
obtaining long-term employment and achieving personal goals. S/he is
responsible for guiding members in career mapping and creating plans for goals
achievement in order to advance the mission of Living Classrooms Foundation. In
general, this includes assistance with the classroom training, employment
process, provision of job retention services, and cultivation of relationships,
both with members and potential employers. The Case Manager reports directly to
