Electronic Banking / Deposit Operations Clerk

Responsible for daily electronic banking, deposit operations and associated accounting functions in accordance with all operating procedures and requirements while adhering to deadlines.


Qualifications Desired:

·         Experience in online banking products, ATM/Debit card products, remote deposit capture and electronic payments

·         Basic computer skills and proficient in Windows and Excel



Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

·         Research and resolve Debit Card REDi alerts, customer disputes, FinSer cases, Reg. E EFT errors, provide REDi and FinSer training i.e. completion of affidavits or statement of errors, provisional transactional credit, customer notices, case submission and management, maintenance of Reg. E log

·         Inform Deposit Operations Officer of potential losses and or issues due to errors or fraud

·         Balance and review daily settlement of ATM/Debit card transactions, prepare accounting entries, research, and resolve differences and reconcile ATM accounts

·         Manage CPI’s Card@Once inventory for overall Bank, review and submit monthly invoices for approval and payment, process cleaning kit and printer ribbon orders for Bank, and assist Main Office employee with distribution card inventory to branches, provide branch support

·         Manage OpenAnywhere/Simplicity CSi, upload Compliance Department approved revisions to OpenAnyhwere, review/enter daily new customer occupation and employer information within Core, provide ongoing assistance to OpenAnywere internal users i.e. setup user profiles, reset passwords, assist with OpenAnywhere access and functionality, provide OpenAnywhere new user training and monitor daily program functions i.e. OFAC Fails, Adverse Action Notices, Funding, etc.     

·         Assist with OnBoard changes, upload Compliance Department approved revisions to Simplicity CSi documents within OnBoard, add/remove Users through OnBoard Admin, add/change products details and documents in OnBoard Setup

·         Assist with daily functions of the ATM/Debit Card program i.e. card issuance, hot carding, researching and resolving customer inquiries

·         Assist with consumer and business online banking access i.e. new user set up, password resets, monthly service charges and multifactor authentication

·         Assist online customers with bill payment inquiries, ACH originations, functionality, etc.

·         Assist with new Remote Capture product set up i.e. company set up, administrator authorization, password generation and service charges

·         Assist with verifying and submitting checks deposited via Mobile Capture for completeness of items i.e. stale date, check signed, endorsement, etc.

·         Assist with keeping procedures related to electronic banking updated and current

·         Perform other related duties as assigned
