Getting the Job Done:
guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous and genuine
strong communication skills and the ability to train and develop team members.
a leadership ability that inspires and empowers team members to succeed, grow
the team to anticipate clientâ€™s needs and offer services prior to being asked.
annual strategic sales plan and revenue budgets that aligns with GM(s) for
overall sales and marketing strategic plan.
and conducts industry market research to project future business and trends and
helps the Sales team strategically plan business.
weekly sales meetings are conducted with direct reports providing direction, giving
guidance, and encouraging the sharing of ideas and successes.
yourself and the team accountable to meet monthly revenue and prospecting
the performance of the Sales team to goals and provides informal and formal
feedback in accordance with the performance development policy and procedure.
data to identify opportunities and provide direction and training to maximize
weekly in all revenue calls and work closely with the Revenue Manager(s) to drive
sales teams in their efforts within their communities to network and build
the regional team and ensures all Brand requirements are met and maintained by fully
understanding the brand requirements and systems.

Experience for Success:
years of experience in Sales/Marketing management
growth within the Hospitality industry
School Diploma; College Degree a plus
written and verbal communication skills in English; a second language a plus
skills including budget management, expense control, profit management and
problem-solving skills and the ability to think out of the box
negotiation, presentation and computer skills
