We are seeking a Line Cook to help us deliver enjoyable experiences to up to 4,000 guests daily. You'll be responsible for preparing grilled and roasted meats, specialty dishes, and ensuring our guests receive delicious, high-quality meals with excellent presentation. Your role is key to creating memorable moments for our guests.
Food Preparation:
- Prepare large quantities of fried chicken following our signature recipe, while ensuring consistency and quality.
- Grill, fry, and roast meats for individual orders, banquets, and private events.
- Adapt recipes for special menu items and features for events and private parties.
Teamwork & Trust:
- Collaborate with your team in a supportive and respectful environment, delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining strong communication and trust.
- Focus on meal preparation and respond to server inquiries with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
Quality Control:
- Ensure the quality and consistency of every dish, maintaining accurate temperatures and visually inspecting food.
- Present food attractively, following portion control guidelines and ensuring plates look appetizing.
Specialty Preparation:
- Roast meats and prepare sauces, gravies, and potatoes for weekly and monthly menu specials, ensuring the best flavors and execution.
- Assist with menu adjustments and special features for events or private parties.
Fun & Enjoyable Experience:
- Bring energy and positivity to every shift, contributing to our goal of creating enjoyable experiences for both guests and fellow team members.
- Work with pride, knowing your contributions play a crucial role in making memorable dining moments for our guests.
Health & Safety:
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment at all times, following Health Code standards and personal cleanliness guidelines.
- Wash hands regularly and ensure the kitchen operates in compliance with food safety standards.
Collaboration & Guest Service:

- Engage with team members and guests, ensuring that your contributions reflect our core values and commitment to excellence.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training a plus.
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- Minimum of 6 months kitchen experience, high volume preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
- Able to follow recipes and adapt to menu changes.
- Capable of standing for 8+ hours and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
