Civil Project Engineer
Full Time/Exempt
$102,000 - $135,000/per year
Finally—A Civil Engineering Role That Doesn’t Expect 60-Hour Weeks
In land development, long hours often feel like the norm. At R&R, they’re not.
Our civil team typically works 40–45 hours per week—by design. We plan projects realistically, staff them appropriately, and trust our people to deliver without constant overtime. The result? High-quality work, strong teams, and a culture where people actually have a life outside of work.
If you’re an experienced engineer who’s tired of burnout but still wants challenging, meaningful projects—this is worth a closer look.
The Role
As a Project Engineer, you’ll be a key player from due diligence through project completion. You’ll guide teams, solve problems early, and keep projects moving smoothly—without the chaos that leads to late nights and weekend work.

- Proactively identify risks and keep projects on track
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Coordinate across engineering, planning, and design teams

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Colorado PE (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
