Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a reputable outpatient behavioral health facility in Columbus, OH. This part-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and individualized treatment plans.

• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document all care provided.

• Collaborate with NPs, therapists, case managers, and administrative staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.

• Participate in treatment planning and patient education.

• Monitor for signs of crisis or deterioration and respond appropriately.

• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Ohio.

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (behavioral health experience preferred).

• Current BLS certification.

• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
