PR Marketing Associate

Cassena Care is seeking a hardworking, highly motivated individual to join our team of professionals as a PR Marketing associate. 

Summary: Increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement while ensuring consistency of brand messaging.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: 

• Ensure the brand and brand values run through the DNA of the whole business.

• Initiate innovative ways to communicate the brand to both existing and new customers.

• Keep the brand fresh and ahead of the competition.

• Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.

• Create, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and a positive experience.

• Responsible for all internal marketing communications.

• Responsible for the coordination, delivery and reporting of all PR campaigns, and further develop all PR relationships maximising brand exposure through all channels.

• Produce engaging multi-channel content both ahead of time and to tight deadlines when required.

• Responsible for providing regular reports on performance of all marketing activity in line with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in social media marketing, in particular a minimum 2 year experience blogging/posting articles.

• Strong copy-writing and proofing skills, with a flair for creative writing.

• English knowledge on profession/native level.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic and with initiative and creativity.

• Strong team player and able to collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best results.

• Project Management skills.

• Understanding of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.).

• Able to assess the ROI of campaigns, make recommendations based on the analysis of campaign performance data.
