Galley Hand / Vessel Cook

Eclipse is searching for qualified galley personnel (Cook / Galley-hand) to join our team. Ideal candidates should expect to care for 6-12 Crew members and approx. 1-20 guest (Max POB including crew: 35) 

Jobsite locations: San Diego, CA; Astoria, OR; Coastal US Waters; Offshore (operations)

Typical Duties of galley-hand include:

• Preparing food/utensils for all riders
• Cook meals (Breakfast, lunch, dinner) + occasional Mid-night rations
• Assist Deck team in overall vessel cleanliness
• Coordinate with client/guests and provide options to dietary restrictions
• Assist as needed with common housekeeping/safety drills/crew training/operations
• Provision the vessel according to standard budgetary requirements
• Tasks requested by Master/Vessel Officers
