PM Line Cooks TIP OUT program - The Golden Hotel
The Bridgewater Grill Located in the Golden Hotel is hiring for experienced Line Cooks for MID or PM shifts!!!
Ideal candidates will enjoy fast pace of a high-volume dining and have passion for food, service, and hard work.
Hours Available for Full-time or Part-time Morning & Evening shifts available.
Come join our fun and hard working team this summer and provide great service to our many guests in Beautiful Downtown Golden located right next to the Clear Creek, with amazing views from our patio and in door seating. We have an upbeat and down to earth team, we are looking for a third person to round out are amazing team!
Our salary range for this position is $18-$19 and we have a Tip Share Payout for all Cooks per hours worked, which is $1-$3 dollars additional an hour. The busier we are the more money you can make.
Employment is contingent on passing pre-employment background check.

Getting the Job Done:
· Provide guests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous and genuine hospitality.
· Assists the Chef(s) and cooks with basic food preparation.
· Preps food items and staples as required, following recipes.
· Ensures attractive and consistent preparation of all food items.
· Puts away deliveries and keeps storage areas organized, labeled and ensures proper rotation of stock so the first in is first out. Keeps all perishable and prepared food dated.
· Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, tools and supplies.
· Informs the Chef(s) of food items and supplies that need to be replenished.
· Adheres and maintains standards for sanitation and food safety.
· Completes all tasks assigned by the Executive Chef/F&B Manager and/or Hotel Manager(s), which may include assisting the servers, trash removal, and dish washing.
· Attends all mandatory meetings and timely completes all required training.
· Ability to grasp, bend, stoop and push, pull and lift 30 bls.
Experience for Success:
· 1-year Kitchen food preparation experience or equivalent education
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Willingness to work in a fast paced and physically active work environment
· State required Food Handlers Certification
