Job Title: Exterior Finish Technician – Modular Construction (Day or Night Shift)

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay:

• 1st Shift (Day): $18.00/hour

• 2nd Shift (Night): $18.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential = $20.00/hour total

Schedules:

• Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)

• Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)

CMC is hiring TPO Roofing Technicians to install commercial flat-roof systems on modular buildings in a controlled production environment

What You’ll Do

• Install TPO roofing membranes on flat commercial roofs

 • Perform heat welding, flashing, and sealing

 • Inspect roofing systems for quality and durability

 • Follow all fall-protection and safety requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with TPO or commercial flat roofing preferred

 • Strong safety awareness

 • Ability to work at heights

 • Team-oriented work ethic
