Assistant Director of Alumni Relations

This position’s primary focus is alumni engagement and volunteer coordination. It includes interaction with the Career Development Center ,faculty and student affairs. The position is responsible for on and off campus cultivation events, creating new cultivation opportunities and gathering information to assist in the University’s fundraising efforts. 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree required

·         Experience in Higher Education

·         Event planning experience preferred

·         Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills

·         Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record

·         Willingness to travel

·         Willingness to work weekends and evenings as necessary

·         Able to work in a team environment

·         Ability to multi-task and to work independently

·         Energetic, personable and a positive outlook

·         Sensitive to issues of ethnicity, disability and diversity

·         Dedicated to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution
