RN or LPN - Full Time Days

Holden Rehabilitation, a beautiful 123 bed facility,  currently has a part time (24 hours) opening for a nurse on the 7 - 3 shift.  If you're a caring professional, we'd love to chat with you!

Essential Functions:

Administer medications and intravenous solutions as stated in facility policy

Take and give shift report

Assist with the completion of MDS and Resident Care Plans as required

Assist in the admission, transfer and discharge of residents as necessary

Support and enforce infection control and safety policies and procedures

May act as Charge Nurse.  In this role a nurse will contact physicians, handle staffing issues, communicate unit issues to the next shifts and perform other tasks as necessary.

Necessary Skills:

Excellent physical assessment skills

Demonstrate clinical skills competency

Strong communication skills in the English language

Ability to perform essential functions

Must possess current LPN or RN license in Massachusetts
