Churchill Residential is seeking a Part-time Office Administrative
Coordinator for its Corporate Office. This position will assist in the leasing
and oversight of tenant move-in, and on-going management of Executive suites.
Will be responsible for coordinating all general corporate office duties, including
ordering office and break room supplies, office furniture, copiers, and phones.
Organize and review documents and support the President in Corporate marketing
materials, market research, lender packages and investor packages. Must have
office experience with Microsoft products. And at least 2 years corporate
office experience preferred. Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Exhibit professional behavior with all interaction of vendors, investors,
employees, lenders, and government agencies. Previous property management
experience a plus. Strong organizational skills and must have a valid Texas
Driver's license with required insurance. Some travel required.
