Camp Site Director

YMCA of Bucks County is hiring Camp Site Director Palisades area day camp location: 

Qualifications:

• At least 21 years old

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Recreation, or other applicable field

• Minimum of 3 years working in camp or childcare setting; supervisory experience preferred 

• Experience working with children in various age groups 

• Ability to perform First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen (training will be provided)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the camp site including managing/coaching staff and overseeing scheduling 

• Oversee daily activities

• Maintain DHS compliance of camp site

• Coordinate with the transportation team 

• Adhere to risk management procedures

• Organize camp events

Days/Hours Needed: Monday - Friday (all Summer); 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $16.00 -$18.00/hour depending on experience/education
