 We are looking for a full-time Department Manager to oversee our Pet & Equine department at our JAX location in Broomfield, CO.

Our ideal candidate has prior retail management experience, leads by example, takes initiative, has a mentor mentality, is well-organized, and communicates well.

Our Department Manager is responsible for coordinating with the buyers team to provide feedback on products, managing product displays, managing inventory, stocking, and supervising the department staff. Department managers work with the upper management to ensure that all shifts are covered for the department and help train associates to ensure our staff provides top-notch customer service.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.70

Position: Full-time

Schedule Requirements: Tuesday through Saturday; 2 closing shifts, 1 mid shift, and 2 opening shifts per week

Required Experience: 1 year of retail and equine knowledge.
