Officer Title: Executive Officer
Reports To: CEO
Summary: The Chief Financial Officer will direct and oversee
all financial activities of the bank and holding company, direct the
preparation of current financial reports and summaries, manage and direct the
accounts payable process, provide analysis on the costs/benefits of existing or
new products and services, prepare annual budget and lead balance sheet and
income statement management.

Education and Experience
- Masterâ€™s degree (or equivalent experience) in
business administration, business accounting, or finance required.
- Certified Public Accountant preferred.
- Eight to ten years of experience in bank financial
management is preferred.
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in database and accounting computer application
- Excellent written and verbal communication
