• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Supervise and support CNA staff during the shift

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Collaborate with RNs, LVNs, CNAs, therapy, and providers to ensure continuity of care

• Complete, accurate, and timely documentation in the EMR

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• Active, unencumbered RN or LVN license in the State of Texas (required)

• 1+ year of SNF/LTC experience preferred (new grads welcome with strong references)

• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills

• Dependable, team-oriented mindset
