What You’ll Do
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
Lead and support CNAs on your assigned unit
Communicate with providers, families, and care teams
Complete timely, accurate EMR documentation
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care every shift
What You Need
Active Texas RN or LVN license (required)
CPR/BLS certification preferred
SNF/LTC experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical judgment and a team-first mindset
