Coordinator Gift Processing Position Description
A general administration and data entry position responsible for pledge processing and administrative support to the Finance & Administration department.
· Perform manual envelope pledge entry
· Pledge processing tasks as delegated: Air Products retirees
· Post portal envelope pledges
· Execute the Invoicing Process non-high level accounts
· Manage collections and write-off process
· Manage Finance/Agency Relationships: Agency Portal Creation
Work Experience and/or Education for Coordinator Gift Processing
2 years of work experience in an administrative or data entry function (may include internship experience) and/or a degree or certificate in business, accounting or a related field. Experience in donor gift processing in a non-profit environment preferred.
Skills for Coordinator Gift Processing
· Familiarity in customer relations management or accounting systems
· Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Power Point.
· Understanding of and commitment to the mission, vision, and goals of United Way.

In addition to the base pay and annual merit increases this position is eligible for our org-wide performance based annual bonus package which is typically 1%-3% of base pay. Remote Work and Pandemic Conditions
This position is based in our office in Allentown, PA for at least 70% of the schedule. After an introductory period and if the work allows, this position may choose to work remotely for up to 30% of the schedule. During periods where public health officials are recommending telework to reduce the spread of infectious disease this position can be done nearly 100% remotely.
