Franchise Administrative Assistant - Slim Chickens

Slim Chickens Support Center and Company Stores Fayetteville, AR Up to $55000.00 per year
The Franchise Administrative Assistant role requires a seasoned and experienced assistant with solid project coordination skills. The Franchise Administrative Assistant will balance a wide variety of projects, relationships and demands with a focus on timely execution, accuracy, and cost control. This role will coordinate confidential and complex assignments which require considerable discretion, judgment, and diplomacy to ensure proper handling of sensitive information. 

Data Entry (25%)

  • Compile all guest response data for all franchise locations and groups. 
  • Steritech updates on new restaurant openings.
  • Quarterly Performance Management Compilation.

 Franchisee Meeting Coordination (20%):

  • Working with VP of Franchise Development on Discovery Day prep, setup, and run.
  • Working with VP of Operations on Project Planning prep, setup, and run.
  • Franchise Owners Webinar prep, compilation, setup, and run.
  • Assist with any Franchisee Advisory meetings or calls.

 Administrative and Logistical Support for New Restaurant Openings (20%)

  • Book Hotel, Car and other accommodations for the Training team.
  • Coordinate per diem and pay cards for Traveling Trainers.
  • Consolidate and finalize New Restaurant Opening Expenses.

Calendar Management (10%):

  • Coordinates meetings, making and changing calendar invites, ensuring individuals are aware of meetings/on-time for Chief Operating Officer, SVP of Operations and VP of Operations.

Travel Management (10%):

  • Assist in travel management for SVP of Operations and VP of Operations.

Annual Conference Support (10%):

  • Assist in Annual Conference Planning including various aspects of on-site and travel arrangements for Support Center and Franchisee needs.

 Slim Shop (5%):

  • Setup new franchisees, GM’s, and corporate employees with new accounts.

 Slim Chickens systems principles and objectives:  Is familiar with Slim Chickens’ established operating systems (e.g., quality, security, office environment, company policies, Safety); understands the responsibility to maintain familiarity with the systems and this position’s role in support of these systems.

Travel: Up to 10% travel         

Requirements and Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Highly resourceful team-player.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexible and adaptable to various competing demands.
  • Stress Management/Composure.
  • Occasional travel to and from multiple restaurants or worksites possibly requiring overnight stays.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat.

Education and Experience Required:

  • High School Degree or Equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Proven work experience as an Office Assistant, Administration Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company and personal information.
