Georgian Bay Fire & Safety Ltd. Is currently seeking an
office administrator with a minimum of a 2 year college diploma.
This position plays an essential role in the service
department and organizational efficiency of the branch. Candidates should possess strong computer,
communication and multi-tasking skills.
Core duties will be to provide administrative support to the Owen Sound branch including but not limited to:
Processing billing submissions for technicians
and service contract management using a computerized business program.
Front counter service support.
Technician administrative support including
scheduled work preparation and distribution.
Assist branch service manager.
Petty cash management,
Service and sales department hours tracking and
Other duties as required.
