Georgian Bay Fire & Safety Ltd. Is currently seeking an office administrator with a minimum of a 2 year college diploma.

This position plays an essential role in the service department and organizational efficiency of the branch.  Candidates should possess strong computer, communication and multi-tasking skills.

Core duties will be to provide administrative support to the Owen Sound branch including but not limited to:

·        Processing billing submissions for technicians and service contract management using a computerized business program.

·        Front counter service support.

·        Technician administrative support including scheduled work preparation and distribution.

·        Assist branch service manager.

·        Petty cash management,

·        Service and sales department hours tracking and verification.

·        Other duties as required.
