Banquet Chef

The Banquet Chef play a vital role in our kitchen.  As second-in command, he/she has a large amount of responsibility.  This Chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in our event kitchens. 

-          Works with the Executive Banquet Chef to produce menus in accordance to recipe standards

-          Plan working schedules according to resort events/functions

-          Knowledge of Banquet Event Orders with regards to developing prep lists and guides for cooks

-          Produce high-quality dishes that follow the established menu and company standards, as well as to the clients’ requirements

-          Develop product order guides and pars


-          At least 3 years as a Sous Chef

-          Ability to multi-task while maintaining control of kitchen and team

-          Excellent record of kitchen and staff management

-          Working knowledge of various cooking methods/skills

-          Professional, punctual, solution-driven
