Deltek CRM Specialist

What you will get to do:
- Work with leadership to identify strategies for firm’s CRM needs
- Develop, implement, launch, maintain, and enhance company-wide CRM System (Deltek Vantagepoint)
- Conduct internal meetings with leadership to review status of development, implementation, processes, and training of the CRM system
- Report KPIs to leadership team to help drive leads, revenue, and productivity
- Review and analyze project pipeline and revenue projections with leadership
- Create and document CRM processes and execute best practices
- Develop and lead a companywide CRM training program
- Regularly review CRM data for accuracy
- Be the go-to CRM resource
- Participate in cross-functional teams to address business and process improvement opportunities involving business development, marketing and seller-doers as requested
You will be a good fit if you:
- Have 3 years of experience with Deltek Vantagepoint/Vision CRM
- Are experienced at starting and maintaining a CRM
- Have a Business Development and Marketing background
- Are People-first oriented
- Have worked in the AEC industry
- Are an expert at working with virtual teams on various platforms (Google Chat, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Have exemplary computer skills using current technology
- Have the ability to work effectively as a remote team member
- Have experience training others
- Can communicate complex concepts and information well, both orally and in writing
- Have the ability to constructively evaluate current practices and offer innovative approaches for improvement
- Are a strategic thinker and visionary
- Have demonstrated success in identifying and implementing best practices for CRM’s in previous roles
- Are an expert at process and project implementation and execution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Are proficient with time management and a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Are a self-starter and enjoy autonomy
- Have the ability to perform light lifting up to 25 pounds
- Have the ability to withstand prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Have the ability to travel 20% of the time to our office locations & for conferences/events including day and overnight trips

Supervisor: Marketing + BD Director
Location: Remote
Average Work Week: 40-45 Hours
Travel: Less than 20% of the time to our office locations & for conferences/events including day and overnight trips (Office Locations: Carthage, MO, Columbia, MO, Destin, FL, Joplin, MO, Kansas City, MO, Milton, FL, Monett, MO, Pensacola, FL, Rogers, AR, and Springfield, MO)
