- Creatively solve problems – Capture interesting and complex challenges presented by the business and engage with team members to develop and align on the best technical solutions to those business problems.
- Work with a team – Support, cooperate, and create with cross-functional teams to implement quality products for our end-users. This often entails clarifying questions and issues raised by your project team related to the business and/or solution requirements, making recommendations, and collaborating with Product Management to ensure solutions implemented address our clients’ needs and problems.
- Prioritize work – Collaborating with the Product Management and Development teams, you will define, groom and manage the sprint backlog - identifying and analyzing priorities, dependencies, risk, assumptions, constraints, time to market, and other potential considerations.
- Make great products even better – Contribute to organizational readiness activities, including supporting Product Management with their product documentation, user training, and internal/external launch communications.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Product Development.
- Experience with SaaS product development.
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong leadership, planning, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, critical and creative thinking, and project management skills.
- Ability to build strong and influential relationships
- Demonstrated experience influencing and leading cross-functional collaboration with all roles involved in building a product.
- Self-motivated with ability to self-direct and work independently.
- Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum framework in an IT setting.
- Analysis and documentation experience in an IT setting (e.g., user stories, use cases, scenarios, UI design, acceptance criteria)
- Experience with solutions and/or processes as they relate to the workforce management space (including payroll, human resources and/or time & attendance)
- Familiarity with cloud-based, responsive design, and mobile app solutions.
- Familiarity with APIs, SQL, Selenium, HTML, C#, JavaScript, CSS3.
- CSPO® and/or CSM® certification.
- CBAP® certification.
- PMP® and/or Change Management certification.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products such as JIRA and Confluence.
