Executive Assistant
Job Duties:
• Provide administrative and business support to the CEO/CFO and as needed support other members of the executive management team
• Exercise independent judgment, decision-making abilities, and high level of confidentiality
• Maintain Executive calendar -- plan and schedule meetings, teleconferences, and travel
• Schedule interviews, appointments, events, other similar activities and coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks, including special projects; producing documents, reports, and presentations; preparing information for meetings
• Assume the role of Office Manager in the Chattanooga Office including restocking office supplies, process incoming and outgoing mail, and upkeeping general office standards
• Proof and edit correspondence, reports, other documents
• Screen the CEO/CFO phone calls, mail, and email as needed
• Assist managers with special projects
• Create and Maintain Power Point presentation for executives and Board Presentations
• Act as liaison and maintain open lines of communication among senior executives, middle management, and administrative staff
Experiences and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience supporting an Executive in a corporate setting
• Excellent organizational and follow through skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to set and manage priorities
• Ability to work in a fast moving "cross functional" team environment
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Gmail
