Pay: $18-24/hr

Carroll Water is seeking a Helper to support our well drilling and pump service operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a hardworking team.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with well pump installation, service, and repair
- Support drilling crews with day-to-day job site operations
- Load, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate company vehicles, tools, and machinery as trained
- Assist with drilling and pump service processes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements
- Willingness to travel to job sites within the service area
- Ability to learn operation of tools, equipment, and machinery
- Interest in obtaining a CDL (if required; company support may be available)
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in construction, drilling, mechanical, or a related field
Driving & Motor Vehicle Record Requirement
This position requires driving as part of job duties. Employment is contingent upon:
- Maintaining a valid driver’s license
- Meeting the Company’s motor vehicle record (MVR) standards
- Remaining insurable under the Company’s insurance policy
Failure to meet or maintain these requirements may result in removal from driving duties or termination of employment, where permitted by law.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment (up to approximately 50 lbs)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and remain active for extended periods
- Ability to use hands and arms to operate tools, equipment, and machinery
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and terrain conditions
