We are looking for a Project Surveyor to add to our Kansas City team.

What you will get to do:

  • Oversee projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate field crews daily tasks and construction staking schedule
  • Coordinate utility locates
  • Check and review drawings
  • Check and prepare various legal documents
  • Assist in the field, as needed

You will be a good fit if:

  • Licensed PLS in Missouri and/or Kansas and have the ability to get licensed in the adjoining state
  • Have at least 3+ years as a licensed PLS
  • Willing to encourage the growth and development of all survey staff; including training staff to work both in the field and office
  • Experienced in: Boundary, Topographical and ALTA surveys, Construction staking and UAVs
  • Enjoy working both in the office and out in the field
  • Ability to prepare CAD drawings 
  • Able to utilize Civil 3D, Pix 4D, Carlson Survey
  • Work effectively in a team environment, be self-motivated and customer service oriented
  • Have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be willing to have fun
