You anticipate needs before anyone speaks, command a fast-paced workflow without hesitation, and you do it with tact, professionalism, and discretion.
This is not a quiet desk job. Priorities change quickly. The pace is intense. You will be expected to move fast, think clearly under pressure, and execute without constant direction. Thick skin and a strong work ethic are required. There is zero tolerance for gossip, drama, or workplace politics. Nothing is beneath you. If it needs doing, you handle it.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the executive’s calendar, scheduling, and day-to-day flow
- Triage email, messages, and requests, filter noise, escalate what matters
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks
- Coordinate meetings, logistics, and time-sensitive priorities
- Prepare documents, summaries, and quick-turnaround admin deliverables
- Handle errands and operational support tasks as assigned, including small tasks that keep the day moving
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, vendors, and external partners
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
Multi-Location Support
We operate across five office locations. This role requires occasional local travel between offices for meetings, pickups, drop-offs, and operational support. It is not daily travel, but you must be able and willing to do it when needed.
Compensation and Schedule
- Full-time
- $38k–$45k+, based on experience, reliability, speed, and demonstrated performance in a high-demand executive support role

Minimum Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfort with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and everyday technology
