Job Summary

 

Do you have a passion for detail and thrive in a team oriented organization? eCampus.com is seeking an Inclusive Access Manager to serve as a point person managing our growing Inclusive Access program with our third-party partners and client institutions. Managing communication, processes and data between internal eCampus.com stakeholders and third-party content distributers, as well as higher education institutions, is critical to this role. This position can either be office based at our Lexington, KY headquarters or remote, eCampus.com is willing to work to best meet the needs of the applicant.

 

General Responsibilities

·         Lead contact for both our third-party digital content providers as well as internal directors who manage our virtual bookstore client institutions

·         Collects and analyzes data provided by higher education institutions as well as digital content providers who manage the delivery of inclusive access content to students

·         Accurate and efficient management and sharing of data.

·         Setting and adhering to deadlines

·         Recommend improvement in processes with internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years related experience

·         Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite experience, particularly around spreadsheet applications

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Project Management knowledge experience

·         Demonstrated ability to independently manage a challenging workload when faced with unexpected changes in priorities and deadlines

·         Experience with a University or College bookstore, educational technology company or Higher Education institution

·         Experience/familiarity with educational technology

·         Data management with experience working with deadlines
