Implements approved company credit
policies and procedures. Coordinates
activities between the Credit Department and other departments in the credit
process and in particular between casino cage and credit personnel to ensure
timely and accurate information in order to make good credit decisions. Monitors communication between banks, credit
bureaus and central credit to ensure timely and accurate information. Maintains working relationship with outside
vendors who supply bank reports and personal and gaming credit reports. Responsible for hiring and training all
credit executives and credit representatives.
Completes scheduling and employee evaluations. Some related credit inquiries include
checking the gaming system credit screens to identify confidential information
like viewing a patron’s consumer credit, casino credit and bank reports.
Some other credit related inquiries include: responding to a guest’s
request for a credit line increase or because a patron’s credit line is on hold
for a specific reason which requires the patron to give a detailed explanation.
Approves credits as outlined in internal controls 609a 4. Member of the Credit Committee and may
approve credit as a group as set forth in internal control section 609a.4. Performs
other related duties as assigned. Must
possess excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to foster a supportive
and enabling team environment. Promotes
superior guest service. Ensures
compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control
to extend complimentary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
Three years of casino industry experience with
at least one year of credit supervisor duties or five years in credit
administration outside of the industry.
Should have a strong working knowledge of the gaming regulatory statutes
in the state of Pennsylvania. Strong
Microsoft Office ability. College degree
preferable. Must be able to qualify for
and maintain licenses as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must have thorough knowledge of approved
Responsible Gaming Program.
