Front Desk Agent

Job Summary

The Staybridge Suites is looking for a front desk agent who is available to work both 7-3pm and 3-11pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The ideal person will be able to multi-task, create a "welcome home" feel for our guests and be a team player. You will need to be willing to assist with guest issues with professionalism while maintaining a hospitable attitude. I need someone who can pay attention to detail and ask questions when something doesn't look right.

This position is part time (0-24 hours). I would like for applicants to have at least 1 year of hotel front desk experience. Please submit a resume and tell me a little about yourself.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Checking Guests In and Out

-Making reservations in person and on phone

-Assigning rooms based on availability and guest preference

-Make guests feel at home

-Handle all guest complaints & requests in a timely manner

-Collect payment from in-house guests and arrivals
