Vertava Health is looking to hire 2 exceptional Regional Marketing Managers to cover our North and South regions. The North manager will cover states in the north central and northeastern part of the US (WI and IL to Maine), and the South manager will cover the south central and southeast states (TX and OK to Florida).
Reporting to the Director of B2B Marketing, the Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing multichannel marketing strategies supporting all lines of business, with an emphasis on our new outpatient facilities. You will need to think creatively about how to approach our target audiences with the right message at the right time. This position requires you to have a strong understanding of the healthcare market, an affinity for data, and an ability to execute.
Priority responsibilities include:
Developing and leading execution of the regional marketing strategy and plan in conjunction with the marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Work closely with our regional Business Development teams on projects such as sales decks, collateral, account-based marketing programs, and event planning and coordination
Identifying and leveraging local opportunities that align with the brand and region strategy
Track, analyze and report results for all assigned marketing campaigns and plans
Manage multi-channel demand generation marketing activities to meet goals for leads and converted sales, e.g., lead generation and lead nurturing
Plan and attend trade shows, company-sponsored promotions and events, as needed
Other duties as assigned
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or other related field
3+ years of Marketing experience strongly preferred
1+ years of behavioral healthcare Marketing experience required
Travel to events may be required
Experience utilizing Salesforce Pardot is a plus
Able to collaborate with internal coworkers and external customers
Team player who is motivational and has excellent communications skills
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision

Ability to use hands and fingers, talk or hear
Ability to sit, stand, walk and reach continually. Ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch frequently
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Close vision required to see computer monitor, read documents, and operate copy and fax machine
Work environment is indoors and climate controlled. Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions
