The Lakota Family YMCA's Crayon Club is looking for a caring, energetic, and enthusiastic Part-Time Preschool Teacher to join our team!

Crayon Club is a nurturing and engaging early childhood education center dedicated to helping young children learn, explore, and grow. We take pride in creating a warm, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels loved, supported, and encouraged to shine.

• Create a fun, welcoming, and positive learning environment for preschool-aged children.

• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, creative play, and hands-on learning.

• Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth.

• Assist with daily classroom routines, activities, and transitions.

• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and nurturing classroom.

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.

• Work collaboratively with the teaching team to make every afternoon meaningful and FUN!

• Someone who genuinely LOVES working with children!

• A patient, compassionate, dependable, and energetic team player.

• A positive role model who encourages kindness, creativity, and confidence.

• Someone with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Previous childcare or early childhood education experience is preferred.

• A passion for making a difference in the lives of young learners.
