Account Executive for Pinpoint Predictive
Pinpoint Predictive is a VC and Stanford StartX-funded company that is actively seeking an experienced and self-motivated Account Executive to join our team.
Pinpoint is driving ground-breaking innovations in the field of digital psychometrics, effectively the intersection of quantitative psychology and machine learning. The company’s resulting Thinkalike® applications enable direct-to-consumer companies to understand the underlying personalities of their best customers and to improve ROAS from Facebook campaigns based upon psychologically-driven targeting and creative optimizations.
We’re looking for an Account Executive with experience serving sophisticated direct-to-consumer eCommerce clients and knowledge of the Facebook Marketing Partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate is proficient in lead generation, demonstrates a consultative approach to both client development and customer success, and enjoys evangelizing the benefits of cutting-edge services like those in development by Pinpoint. Moreover, you should be a team player that always strives to make your colleagues and customers more successful.
- Aggressively research, prospect, and qualify new direct-to-consumer eCommerce account opportunities
- Build sales pipeline and close new business
- Consultatively engage prospective and existing clients, surfacing product extension opportunities
- Occasionally travel for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
- 5+ years proven track record selling innovative ad and marketing services
- Self-starting individual that strives for accelerated personal and career growth
- Intellectual curiosity and interest in technical product and service innovation, particularly as it relates to the adtech and martech fields
- Outstanding verbal and written skills, with ability to effectively communicate with both commercial and technical audiences
- Start-up mindset: problem-solving, positive, gritty, self-motivated and adaptive
