Journeyman Electrician

Based in the Lansing area, Earthcom, Inc. is a leader in the wireless communication industry and is seeking an experienced full-time Journeyman Electrician to work with our current Master Electrician. Earthcom is looking to expand on its well established wireless and outside plant construction departments.  We primarily work on cell phone tower sites, fiber optic underground projects and aerial installations throughout the mid-west.  The following qualifications are desired:

• Experience/understanding in and ability to perform duties consistent with the electrical construction industry (i.e. use of hands and arms for lifting and pulling, working in all manner of weather conditions etc.) including the installation/maintenance of electrical systems. 
• Must possess valid chauffer license/DOT medical card (CDL a plus) and have acceptable driving history.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to travel throughout the Midwest and work out of town as needed.
• Interest and desire of attaining Master Electrician status.
• Must have or obtain your own basic hand tools as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Must possess a current/valid Electrical Journeyman License from a recognized body.

Compensation will be based upon overall experience.
