Provider Assistant to Brianna LaTorre (Full-Time)

Please Note:

• The schedule for this role consists of four shifts per week, ranging from 8 to 10 hours each.

  
  

In addition, Provider Assistants are expected to:

• Assist Brianna with client flow, treatment preparation, and procedural support

• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, supplies, and review client charts prior to appointments

• Maintain treatment room cleanliness; assist with inventory organization, supply management, and treatment room stocking as directed

• Support Brianna during consultations and treatments within role limitations

• Obtain and document client information, photographs, and treatment-related records as directed

• Support with client communications such as pre-treatment preparation, post-treatment follow-up, client retention efforts, and ongoing client care

• Collaborate closely with providers, estheticians, and administrative team members to support efficient practice operations

• Provide exceptional hospitality and contribute to a luxury client experience at every touchpoint

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher required

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts required and must be maintained throughout employment

• Current CPR/BLS certification required

• Previous experience in healthcare, aesthetics, medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or related field preferred

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and practice management systems preferred
