Manager, Procurement (Permanent, Full-Time)

In this position, you will be responsible for building and managing all procurement functions, handling both strategic oversight and hands-on purchasing. You will develop and implement procurement strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations. This role will work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and ethical sourcing that aligns with UGM’s mission.

You may come into contact with clients in crisis situations brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.

What You’ll Need

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (advanced certifications in procurement is preferred)

·         Have In-depth knowledge of procurement processes contract management, and vendor evaluation techniques.
