Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning operations
  • Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities for cleanliness
  • Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies
  • Prepare staff duty rosters and schedules
  • Train housekeeping attendants and new employees
  • Coordinate with maintenance and front office departments
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests
